Quality assurance: chasing the devil out of the details

The devil is indeed in the detail. Our quality assurance methods are our key to rooting him out. We stick to two principles in doing so: using native speakers and double-checking everything, our two-man-rule-system. All texts are translated by native speakers. Once they are complete, a second translator/proofreader checks this translation to make sure that the content and the language are correct and the style is appropriate. A translation memory system ensures that the terminology is consistent.
